All sales are Final! We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective.

Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to info@keenluxglow.com Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages.
Lost/Stolen Package:
If you have not received your package or it is stolen, please contact the shipping provider to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed please update us with the claim number and we will send out a replacement.
Products Not Working
The Keen Lux team wants to be a part of your healthy skin journey. However, finding a skincare regimen that works for “Your” skin is a process. With this in mind, if one of our systems does not seem to be the right fit for your skin, we will assist you in finding an alternative solution at a complimentary discount rate. This option is only available to return customers who have previously purchased an essential, treatment or complete system and have used it consistently for 90 days.

Keen Lux shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, interpretation or misinterpretation of product benefits or the performance of the products, even if Keen Lux has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
